No Formal Contracts & No Credit Cards Required! 

The Budget Plan is ADSL 1.5MB/256Kbps.  All other plans are ADSL2+ or if unsupported at your exchange will be delivered as 8MB/384Kbps. 

Premiums are to be paid in advance. Early Pay is the discounted premium applied when your payment is received on or before the 25th of the month prior to the month of use rather than leaving it to the last day of the month. 

A static public IP address is always included at no extra cost.

All current terms and conditions are summarised here.  No need to go elsewhere to read the fine print.  There are no hidden charges or fees.  Pricing is for both business and non-business accounts.

GB relates to monthly downloads. Uploads are always free. There will never be any excess charges. When your quota has been reached your speed will be slowed down to 64/64 for the Budget Plan and 128/128 for the rest.

Other fees and charges

Line Activation - $110.00
Transfer of Service - $33 (From an active service provided by another ISP.)
You supply your own modem, or we can provide one if you choose us for on-site installation. 
Change of Speed or Quota (GB) or both - $33.00
An exit fee of $77.00 applies if you terminate your service with us within the first 6 months.
Tech-Binary does not take over your telephone voice services.  We prefer to consult on VoIP solutions so you can take advantage of lower phone costs.  We also offer on-site and consultancy services.

Network Maintenance

Spamming or other network abuse may result in suspension of service and must be rectified immediately.  Free help-desk  for your connection is available only from Tech-Binary. Any enquiries made directly to Telstra or Optus regarding Internet Services provisioned by Tech-Binary will attract an additional support fee of $220 per call.  Your account will be suspended from the time the fee is charged out by the upstream provider to when the fee is paid in full.  Accounts suspended for more than 5 days will be cancelled.
